3. Memberships, Courses & Community Access

Retreats and in-person events

Membership access may include:

Mighty Networks community

Weekly calls

Course libraries

Zoom workshops

Meditation vault

Private forums

Access continues as long as your membership is active and payments remain current.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace features inside the membership at any time.

4. Payments, Billing & Subscriptions

Payments may be processed through:

Stripe

Klarna (via Stripe, where available)

PayPal (if enabled)

Payments AI (ClickFunnels)

Google / Apple Pay (if enabled)

When you purchase or subscribe:

You authorize us and our partners to charge your payment method

You agree to maintain valid billing information

Subscription payments renew automatically unless canceled

If a payment fails, we may:

Retry the charge

Suspend access

Terminate your membership

5. Refund Policy

7. Events, Retreats & In-Person Gatherings

When registering for events or retreats:

You acknowledge all activities are voluntary

You are responsible for your own travel and safety

You agree to follow instructions and safety protocols

You agree to sign waivers or liability forms when required

We reserve the right to refuse participation or remove disruptive individuals.

In cases of force majeure (weather, illness, disasters, etc.), credits or alternative solutions may be provided at the Company’s discretion.

8. Community Conduct (Seer.School & Mighty Networks)

To maintain a safe and sacred community environment, you must:

Treat others with respect

Avoid harassment, bullying, or hate speech

Not share confidential community posts outside the group

Not solicit or spam members

Not impersonate teachers, staff, or other users

Follow moderator instructions

We may remove comments, posts, or users at our discretion.

Violations may result in immediate removal without refund.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our sites—including:

Meditations

Voiceovers

Videos

Scripts

Logos

Branding

Images

Audio

Text

Community posts we create

Retreat materials

Teacher content

Seer.School lore, characters, teachers, worldbuilding

Storylines, gamified modules, and interactive materials

is owned by TruthSeekah, LLC or its licensors.

You may not:

Copy

Reproduce

Redistribute

Sell

Modify

Create competing products

Upload content to AI training datasets

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased materials for personal use only.

10. User-Generated Content

You may submit posts, comments, images, or videos.

By posting, you grant us a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

Display

Reproduce

Publish

Moderate

Remove

Use in testimonials or marketing (anonymous unless you grant written permission)

You are responsible for ensuring your content:

12. Termination of Access

No refunds are given for violations.
