We want you to have a positive and transformative experience with our digital products, courses, memberships, meditations, and events. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available—and when they are not—for purchases made through our websites, funnels, or third-party platforms.

By completing a purchase with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. General Refund Window

For eligible products, the refund window is:

After 30 days, all sales are final.

2. Non-Refundable Products & Services

Because of the nature of our content and the immediate access provided, the following items are NOT eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

❌ Non-refundable items include:

Digital downloads (meditations, affirmations, audio files, PDFs, etc.)

Courses, masterclasses, and online trainings

Seer.School memberships and subscription services

Monthly or annual recurring memberships

Event tickets (in-person or virtual)

Applications to events or retreats

Community memberships in Mighty Networks

Gift cards

Any product that grants immediate digital access

Any service already delivered

These items are considered “used” once access is granted, even if not downloaded.

3. Physical Products (If Applicable)

Physical merchandise is generally eligible for refunds only if:

It is unused

It is in original packaging

It shows no damage or wear

It is returned within 30 days of delivery

Non-returnable physical items include:

Opened CDs, DVDs, or audio media

Apparel that has been worn or washed

Items damaged by customer handling

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refunds for Books or Media

The following items are eligible only for partial refunds:

Books with clear signs of use

Audio/video media that has been opened

Items returned without original packaging

Items damaged through customer handling

Partial refund amounts are determined at our sole discretion.

5. Event Tickets & Retreats

Tickets for retreats, workshops, and events (online or in-person) are non-refundable.

However, we may offer at our discretion:

A credit toward a future event

The ability to transfer your ticket to another person

The ability to move your registration to a future date

Refunds are not guaranteed, even in cases of illness, travel issues, or schedule conflicts.

If an event is canceled by us, a full refund or credit will be provided.

6. Memberships & Subscription Services

Memberships renew automatically unless canceled.

Important:

We do not offer refunds for past subscription charges

Canceling stops future billing only

Access is revoked immediately or at the end of the billing cycle depending on platform rules

Customers are responsible for managing their subscription through the platform where purchased (ClickFunnels, Stripe Customer Portal, or Mighty Networks).

Chargebacks initiated without following proper cancellation procedures may result in account termination.

7. Refund Process for Eligible Products

Send back any required physical items (if applicable)

Once returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days (depending on bank processing times).

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time:

Check your bank account again

Contact your credit card company

Contact your bank

Then contact us at support@seer.school

Refund processing times vary by bank and payment provider.

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

We take chargebacks seriously.
Before initiating a dispute with your bank, please contact us — most issues can be easily resolved.

We reserve the right to:

Ban accounts engaged in fraudulent chargebacks

Submit evidence to Stripe, PayPal, or payment processors

Refuse future service

Terminate memberships

Fraudulent disputes will be contested to the fullest extent allowed by our payment processors.
