​All ticket sales for this event are final and non-refundable. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Due to the significant costs involved in planning and producing this event — including venue rental, staffing, materials, and other logistical expenses — we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances, including cancellations due to personal schedule conflicts, travel issues, or unforeseen situations. However, if you are unable to attend, you may request to apply the full value of your ticket to a future event hosted by us. This request must be made prior to the event start date. Also be aware that we burn incense and sage as a part of our sacred ritual.  Thank you for your understanding and for supporting the vision and effort that goes into making these gatherings possible.
